Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed hand wash sink unable to have hot water of minimum 85F after running water for several minutes.. Water temperature 70F. Operator stated he will call to have serviced.
Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. Observed incorrect license # displayed on MFDV. Operator stated they were unsure what # to put on truck. Inspector showed operator license # from her decal.
Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed shelving in flip top reach-in cooler rusted with pitted surface.

At time of inspection one food handling employee for establishment with no proof of food handler training.
