Roach excrement and/or droppings present. Observed approximately 50 roach droppings on the drain board and in the 3 compartment sink. Observed 10 roach droppings on the counter by the window. This is a non-operational inspection due to the establishment being in an extended period of not operating. Establishment must be in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations prior to reopening.
