Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed an employee handle cucumbers with bare hands while cutting. The employee voluntarily discarded the cucumbers.
Food stored in ice used for drinks. Observed white plastic juice containers stored in drink ice behind the bar. The operator discarded the ice.
