What the inspector wrote — 4 findings
Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Cook left kitchen, came back and put gloves on, no hand wash. Cook then cracked shell eggs, removed gloves, then put new gloves on, no hand wash. Discussed proper hand wash with cook.
