Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. A plastic basin is placed inside hand washing sink near cash register to catch dripping water from faucet. Multiple pairs of gloves and a metal scrub stored inside hand washing sink adjacent to triple sink. Operator remove all items from inside sinks at time of inspection.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Located adjacent to three compartment sink. Operator provided paper towel towels at time of inspection.

Observed one employee wash a large gray plastic bin in a three compartment sink without sanitizing, and stored outside in a shopping cart at the back of establishment, to dry. Operator rewashed plastic bin at time of inspection and stored inside to dry.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A small container of fresh garlic in oil 56 F in reach-in cooler. Operator states that it was stored on cook line and just moved into reach-in cooler.
Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Chlorine tested 200+ppm. Operator diluted with water, test 100ppm.
