Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable on the flip top unit.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed the hood filter with grease build up. Employee stated that they have someone coming out to clean it later this week.
Unclean building components, attachments or fixtures. Observed a ceiling fan with dust build up.
