Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vacuum breaker missing from non chemical side of splitter at mop sink. Vacuum breaker installed before splitter at mop sink. Employee removed splitter to properly install vacuum breaker during this inspection.

Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed clean stacked plastic pans on storage shelf across from warewashing area unable to properly air dry
Missing partition and/or door for bathroom with more than 1 toilet facility. Observed no partitions in men's and women's restroom where two commodes are present. Operator stated the portions are expected today. Maintenance is putting a temporary sliding lock on both restroom doors until partitions arrive.
