Gyro ( pork Shawarma ) meat in a broiler that is turned off. Cone temperature 50 f. Explained and employee turned on the broiler
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw beef steaks stored over pineapple juice in upright cooler. Manager moved beef to bottom shelf.
