Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed : a counter top mobile water conditioner was in the hand wash sink. This was placed on the counter.
Records/documents for required employee training do not contain all of the required information. Observed : the trainer name and the employee name were put in the wrong spots. This was changed on the original certificate.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed: the glass front reach-in cooler on the front line had yogurt, 46°. This was moved to the colder make table.
Warewashing sanitizing solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. Observed: the 3 compartment sink chlorine sanitizer was indicated over 400 ppm. This was dumped when resetting the order, and reduced to 100 ppm.
Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed milk open prior to today, no date. A date was added.
Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed: manager washed hands in the side dump sink.
