No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Waste Water tank was removed and 1/2 pan was put in its place. Hand wash sink was moved.
Plumbing system in disrepair. Cold water side of hand sink not working, no cold water for hand sink, hot water temperature 153F, operator put ice in water to take temperature down, water temperature is not 105F
Sewage holding tank in mobile food dispensing vehicle less than 15 percent larger in capacity than the water supply tank. Waste water tank on mobile truck is a 1/2 pan held up with bungee cords
