Observed bowl of commercially processed black beans with date marker of 04/29, which is more than 7 days prior. After confirming specifics of date marking, person in charge voluntarily discarded before stop sale was issued.
Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened/prepared, frozen and then thawed and held at refrigeration temperature not properly date marked. Observed bowl of chili person in charge stated was prepared on site then frozen missing date marking when it was removed from freezer. Chili was removed from freezer day prior and thawed over night. Date marking on chili was for date it was prepared and frozen.
Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed hot water lever unable to turn at hand wash sink next to reach in cooler on front line.
