Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Found at 0 ppm. Manager replaced bottle and reran and primed 2x. 0 ppm. Reran now found at 50ppm.
Covered waste receptacle not provided in women's bathroom. Trash can for family bathroom.
