Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee put gloves on and moved soil dishes to wear washing area. then touched rag to wipe down table. Then with the same gloves on, proceeded to handle ready to eat cabbage. I advise employee to change gloves and wash hands between uses.
