Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed wonton soup (112F - Hot Holding); vegetables broth (109F - Hot Holding) stored on top of stove. Operator turned on flame.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed both handwashing sinks with food debris inside.

Observed walk in cooler with ambient temperature of 50F. As per operator, delivery was 3 hours before inspection. And employees constantly open and close the door.

Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed 5 fish filets still in the vacuum with an internal temperature of 33° F. The manager cut the bags.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed the walk-in cooler gasket torn.
Food stored on floor. Observed a plastic container with cooking oil on the floor at the cook line. The manager put it on a shelf.
