Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured: All 5 tamp is sitting behind the bar are not secured to prevent them from falling.
Food stored on floor: 1. Container of noodles sitting on floor in walk-in cooler with two more on top of it; 2. Large bag with smaller bags of commercially processed noodles in it sitting on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Owner put all items on shelves.

Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged: Plate of chicken skewers sitting on packages of spring roll wrappers in reach-in freezer. Owner/Operator moved the chicken to another reach-in freezer with other chicken.
