Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Upon inspection observed chlorine sanitizer at 0 ppm. Multiple attempts conducted with both operator's and inspector's chlorine test strips. Additional attempt made to obtain chlorine sanitizer reading and observed 50 ppm reading.
