Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Brown paper towels covering food inside the top section of the flip top reach in cooler next to the fryer. The paper towels was removed.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Thawing packages of tuna in the hand washing sink in the sushi area. The tuna was removed and taken to the 3 compartment sink to clean the exterior of the packages.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Spoons for rice in water at 114F. Inside a red crockpot on the prep table across from the walk in cooler. The temperature was increased.
