No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Provided establishment with chlorine test strips.

Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Lady sitting on floor filleting raw fish on cutting board on floor. Bowl of raw fish in water stored in hand sink. Deep freezer of personal food not labeled. Owner states deep freezer food and raw fish is for personal use.
