Observed : whip cream in the prep glass door cooler, no date mark, manager chose to discard. ALSO, liquid egg in the bar reach-in cooler no date mark, opened 2-22-2026.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the cutting board across from the fish table is stained.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed : purses above the tea at the tea station and above the clean table ware on the same table.

Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed : the ice maker shroud is soiled.
Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. mix shredded cheese (60F - Cold Holding); white shredded cheese (60F - Cold Holding); salsa (63F - Cold Holding); sour cream (62F - Cold Holding). Other items in this unit were non time/temperature control for safety. This is the first make table on the cook line.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed : the long white cutting board on the cook line has deep grooves and stains.

Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed: cook line staff scratch face with gloves on, no glove change. Staff was reminded to wash hands and change gloves, and they did.

No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed: the handwashing sink only sign at the bar does not direct the employee to wash their hands.
Stored food not covered. Observed: the desserts on the top of the speed rack in the walk in cooler were not adequately covered. The plastic wrap was stretched back over the plate.
