Food stored on floor. Observed box of bread on floor inside walk in freezer. Operator removed immediately from floor.
Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed ice scoop handle inside ice machine touching ice. Operator lifted handle.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old labels on three containers at dry rack station. Operator removed and washed, rinsed, and sanitizer containers.
