Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Did not observe vomit clean plan. Emailed Manager plan.
Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Operator needs to identify with asterisk or other identifier on menu raw eggs in Caesar Salad Dressing if they are going to continue using in dressing.
