Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. One can of nacho cheese with large dent on seam on shelf near manager's office. Manager placed nacho cheese inside storage shed to be returned.
Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee at cookline rubbed hands on pants, then proceeded to put on gloves. Manager had employee stop and wash hands, then put on new gloves before continuing to work at cookline.

Open package of raw hamburger meat stored on top of covered pan containing pastry dough inside reach-in cooler near cookline. Manager moved raw hamburger to the bottom shelf during this inspection.

Employee touched personal phone, then touched and drank from drink cup with gloved hands. Employee then handled break with same gloved hands. Inspector had employee wash hands and change gloves before continuing to work with food.
