Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. At bar; cleaning chemical stored on liquor bottle rail with liquor bottles. Operator removed.
Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. At reach in cooler; milk, no date mark. Operator stated milk was opened 2 days prior, applied appropriate date mark.
