Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cut tomatoes (48F - Cold Holding); hotdogs (44F - Cold Holding); cheese (44F - Cold Holding) at the reach in cooler next the front counter.
Water draining onto floor surface from ice maker.

Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature in the walk in cooler was raw chicken over raw bacon. Operator placed the raw chicken under the raw bacon inside the walk in cooler.
Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed cooked chili in the walk in cooler with no date mark. Operator stated the chili was prepared on 07/10/23. Operator placed date mark on the container of chili.
