Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine: kitchen manager unable to locate the correct test strips for the sanitizer in the three compartment sink and/or sani buckets (Ecolab's Sink and Surface Cleaner Sanitizer). Ordered some more during the inspection.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin: the top interior of the ice machine has a mold-like substance on it. Kitchen Manager had an employee clean during the inspection.
