Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink by three compartment sink and hand wash sink in pizza area. Obtained temperature of 72F from cold side.
Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Mold like substance on shelves in upright glass door reach in cooler.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
