A minimum of one bathroom facility is not available for public use. Bathroom closed due to leak in bathroom. Toilet keeps running water in supply tank. Manager turned on water supply to allow for water to tank. Manager turned agreed to constantly run supply water until toilet flap is replaced. Observed no leaks around toilet, other than the running water. Manager has opened restrooms for customer access. (No other restroom available)
