Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Employee cutting celery without wearing gloves employees wash hand and put gloves and discarded the celery stalk

Accumulation of lime scale on the inside of the dishmachine.
Equipment in poor repair. Door on the ice machine is cracked and broken. The walk-in freezer is not cooling. The technician was called and a new compressor will be installed today. Most tcs food was relocated to stand up unit, and the interior door was opened from the walk-in cooler to help maintain temperature below 41F. Microwave open switch is broken

Faucet/handle on hot water at hand wash does not turn at plumbing fixture.
Micro wave is in poor repair, the door push button is broken. The ice machine door is broken and falling off the hinges when opened
Outdoor bar Beer cooler gaskets soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
