Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Gaskets on cooler doors throughout establishment soiled with mold-like substance.
Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Standing water in mop sink. Inspector ran the water in the handwash sink for approximately five minutes to verify water is draining properly.
Storage of maintenance equipment/tools in areas that may result in cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and/or single-service and single-use articles. Several hammers and other tools stored directly on top of reach-in freezer at bar entrance.
