Shell eggs not stored at an ambient air temperature of 45 degrees Fahrenheit or less. Raw shell eggs being held at an ambient temperature of 75°F on cook line. Operator states eggs have been out for approximately 1 hour. Operator moved to cooler
Bathroom door left open other than during cleaning or maintenance. Employee restroom in back corner. Operator closed
