Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. Observed operator using wrong test strips. Showed them correct strips for chlorine.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand washing sink across from microwave.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Operator state's employees scheduled to get food handler training in the next two weeks.
