Establishment operating with no potable running water. Establishment had run out of potable water during inspection. Operator went and got 5 gallons of water during the inspection and placed in tank. Water 85F.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Personal phone on prep table. Person in charge removed.
Equipment in poor repair. Gaskets on 1st reach in freezer when you enter the truck are torn.
Hotel and Restaurant license decal not displayed on mobile food dispensing vehicle. Establishment does not have decal on truck. Person in charge showed me a receipt from DBPR. SAID ITS GOING TO TAKE 2-4 weeks to get it.
Soiled dry wiping cloth in use. Soiled rag on prep table. Person in charge removed.
