Self-service salad bar/buffet lacking adequate sneezeguards or other proper protection from contamination. Buffet line has no sneeze guards or hinged lids for food to be served the public.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. 2 large Red Bull beer buckets stored in handwash sink at kitchen. Items removed from handwash sink at time of inspection.
