Plan configuration different than what was approved by plan review in 2019. Observed Garage door by front entrance with no air curtain. Opening to server area and kitchen can be closed in between service. Door not on plan layout. Bar configuration different than approved layout. Hand sink added to entrance to bar, three compartment sink moved to middle of long side of bar. Dish machine added to bar. Hand sink in corner where three compartment sink used to be. Distillary: Hand sink rep moved and three compartment labeled on plan is actually a 2 compartment sink. Server area soda station with ice bin on adjacent wall moved. Hand sink removed and replaced by prep table with tea brewing station. No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
