Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed commercial packaged fish labeled to remove from packaging before thawing. Not removed from package. Operator removed from packaging.
In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed tongs on oven door handle. Operator removed for cleaning and proper storage.
