Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. In the drawer cooler under the grill there is commercially reduced oxygen packaged thawed fish, marked to be removed from the packaging before thawing still in the reduced oxygen environment. Operator removed the fish from the packaging.
