Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed CO2 tanks in kitchen and service area not adequately secured.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed fliptop cutting board deeply grooved.
Food being prepared on a grill outside that has no cover. Observed food being cooked on flat top grill outside of kitchen under a tent. Observed electric fryers also under tent. Manager removed all cooking equipment and discontinued cooking outside.
Food stored on floor. Observed multiple cases of bottled water stored on floor of storage area. Manager began to store bottled water properly during inspection.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed multiple cases of single service items stored on the floor in building #two. Manager started to remove all cases and store properly.
Propane tank (larger than 2.7 lb. water capacity/1 lb. gas capacity) located inside of the building. For reporting purposes only. Observed multiple propane tanks stored in building #2 next to throw backs used for storage. Manager removed tanks from building.
