Raw beef, removed from original packaging, stored over cooked beef, removed from original packaging, in walk in freezer. Breaded raw calamari in open bags stored over cream cheese wontons in reach in freezer chest near entrance to kitchen. Also raw shrimp in top section of flip top reach in cooler on cook line with open package of tofu and butter below it. All items rearranged.
