Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed coleslaw (69F - Cold Holding) in container with melted ice pack. Operator placed new ice packs in container under coleslaw.
Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. Operator unable to provide proof of CFM during this inspection.
