Food-contact surface soiled with food debris: Large and small manual choppers, stored as clean on the clean wares rack, had food debris lodged between the blades. Inspector placed on three-compartment sink for cleaning. Fry basket and strainer, stored on clean wares rack next to clean pans, observed soiled with old chips inside.
