Observed plastic containers stored with double lid- plastic lid over plastic wrapping paper. Operator removed both covers and placed containers inside lower freezer for a rapid cooling. Second temperature at 3: 55 pm: guacamole and mix tomatoes (40F); diced tomatoes (40F)
