Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed: spray chemicals stored next to 32 ounce cups on the shelf going to the kitchen.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed: all Hospitality Resource Supply, Inc certificates found are expired.
No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Observed with no Employee Training current, all food service staff are required to have verification of reporting food bourne illness. None were available for review.
Hole in or other damage to wall. Observed: the concrete block wall in the office has a hole on the right as you enter. ALSO, the header wall for stairs in the office has a hole in it.
Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed: the front line beer cooler with an accumulation of water inside.
Stored/cooling food not covered/protected. Observed: in the walk-in cooler on the speed rack, the top level of food does not have overhead protection.
