Spray hose at dish sink lower than flood rim of sink. Observed mop sink end of hose is touching the bottom of mop sink. Operator hung up the end of mop sink hose so it won't be touching the bottom of mop sink.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Hand wash sink at server station had a spoon in the sink. Operator remove spoon from sink.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Soufflé cup in flour container and Parmesan cheese container. Manager on duty discarded both cups.
