Mobile food dispensing vehicle obtaining water from an unapproved source. Observed well water hose supplying water attached to the food truck,operator disconnected. As per operator was temporarily done for cleaning purposes. Reminded operator that potable water must be obtained from the commissary and the water system on the food truck needs to be flushed and replaced by potable water from the commissary.
