Observed MFDV having an outside three compartment sink built in parking lot area next to their two unapproved metal storage containers with coolers, foods, equipments and etc… being stored inside unit. The three compartment sink has a built white pvc piping that is attached and is manually covered with dirt and leaves to hide its existence and lead to a back wooded area where on the other side has evidence of raw sewage being dumped all over ground and is currently wet, smelly, food debris, and presence of multiple infested live flying insects and other vermin present. Along the pvc piping has a trail of raw sewage showing presence of a leak in the pipe resulting in raw grey water sewage all over from start of the attached pvc pipe at the three compartment sink to the far off wooded area where all is just sitting stagnant
