Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. License number not displayed on outside of vehicle.

Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. At licensing, single door black reach in cooler at 70F. Operator had unit running for over 1 hour and temperature drop only to 64F. Operator has deep freezer but no TCS foods. Operator will get unit fixed and call back for re-inspection. Temporary license will not be provided at this time until unit is able to maintain proper working temperature
