Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed cook cut then handle and plate cooked waffle for immediate guest service. Inspector notified employee. Employee washed hands and put on gloves.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Three bottles of chemical cleaner stored with and directly next to spices on shelf under flat grill. Operator moved chemicals to proper storage.
