Observed the dishwasher eat a banana then grab clean dishes without washing his hands. Operator had the employee wash their hands and rehash the dishes.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed the cook line hand sinks used to fill containers and dump them. Reviewed the proper use of hand sinks with the operator.

Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed to go boxes and coffee filter not properly stored. Operator stored them properly.
