Provided operator safe refrigerator storage handout, operator rearranged cooler for proper food protection.

Identity of food or food product misrepresented. On main printed menus, in multiple dishes, imitation crab used per operator, listed as "crabmeat" or "crab" on menu. Also in same menu, in White Dragon Roll, per operator escolar used, listed as "white tuna" on menu. On to go menus, in white dragon roll white tuna listed as component, under "sushi or sashimi" menu white tuna listed, per operator escolar is used. Also in same to go menu, "crab" or "crabmeat" listed on items that per operator contain only imitation crab. This is a repeat violation from 1/22/2024. Provided operator with Truth in Menu industry bulletin and discussed with operator properly representing all foods in menus.
