Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Wiping cloth solution at front handwash sink tested at 200+ chlorine. Operator remade solution to 100ppm chlorine.

Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Interiors of both prep and pizza microwave are soiled.
